The home is a large 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with full amenities including a walled backyard garden perfect for eating outside or lounging. The house features a large master bedroom with king bed and ensuite washroom, the two other rooms have a King and Queen bed and the house can easily sleep up to 6 adults with comfort and privacy. The backyard is a walled courtyard with large patio and has many flowers as well as 6 palm trees which provide excellent afternoon shade allowing for relaxing afternoons in the garden. There is a full kitchen that looks out to the garden area and a one full bathroom on the main level. The Winter House is located 12 minutes walk to the beach and has a flat walk that is very easy in comparison to many other locations in town. The house is located in a traditional area which enjoys the benefits of having a local market for both seafood, fruits and vegetables as well as local butchers. All services including large pharmacy, liquor stores and many excellent restaurants are all with in the 12-15 minutes walking.
Rent includes water, television ( English Satellite), internet and local phone.
Additional costs are electricity and gas as these vary greatly depending on the tenants use of the home.
